 If you are unfamiliar with what is referred to as "The KING of Fruits" 
Monument to durian at the Davao International Airport - from Wikipedia then this video will give you a quick intro and some interesting facts about this fruit with an amazing taste. The standard experience is that people fear the fruit from ignorance and stay away because of the smell. But be warned once you have experienced a good durian you might get addicted! One way to reduce and almost eliminate the smell is to buy it frozen. Once you chop it open you can just spoon it out. The pods of fruit inside the durian do not usually freeze because they do not contain much water. Its like eating very cold creamy pudding. many consider it one of the most delicious fruits on earth.
